All this snow and cold weather has made me anxious for Spring! I think it is a combination of cabin fever and the desire to get out and work that has had been looking at pictures from our 1st Spring/Summer with completed construction! We really enjoyed the new outdoor living space we created with our decks. We ate so many meals (breakfast, lunch, & dinner...it didnt matter) outside! I can't wait to be able to enjoy my morning coffee with thise view again!
I had so much fun decorating outside, with plants, patio furniture, & some thrifted items that have been picked up over the years at various places.
Our flower beds were pretty bare (I was very pregnant when we should have been planting landscaping!), but we did manage to throw some dahlia and gladiolus bulbs in the ground.
They produced tons of color that we were able to cut and bring inside for most of the summer!
I am looking forward to spring when I can start doing some real landscaping! In the meantime, planning on Pinterest will have to do!
